2. Jobsite Safety Surveys
- Conduct jobsite surveys with site supervisors to identify potential hazards and implement plans for immediate corrective action.
- Document findings via e-mail, letter, digital photos, and drawings that demonstrate a proactive approach to on-site safety performance and accountability.
- Conduct construction safety toolbox talk or tailgate meetings on-site; document all training and raise safety awareness levels among the workforce.

3. Safety Management
- Serve as corporate safety manager assisting in development and implementation of a comprehensive safety, training, and claims management program for general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, governmental entities, and others.
- Develop written safety programs and policies that are contractor specific and which accurately define the scope of construction activities.
- Assist executive management in identifying negative safety, claims, training, fleet management, and insurance trends in an effort to improve safety performance, control cost, and bottom line: improve profitability.
- Engage and facilitate executive and project managers, superintendents, and lead foreman in training initiatives and professional development to increase and broaden project awareness as it relates to insurance, safety, training, risk, and loss exposure.
